She is producing and directing Blanca Li Dance company which has become one of the most successful independent companies in France and has been touring for more than 20 years across the world with more than a thousand performances.

Blanca Li has been made Officier dans l’Ordre des Arts et Lettres (2007), Chevalier de l’Ordre national du Mérite (2004) and Chevalier de la Légion D'Honneur (2014) by the French government, and she has received the Medalla de Oro de las Bellas Artes from the King of Spain (2009).

She has created choreographies for the Paris Opera Ballet, The Berlin Ballet, the Metropolitan Opera, for filmmakers like Pedro Almodovar and Michel Gondry or for musical artists like Beyoncé, Daft Punk, Paul Mc Cartney, Kanye West and Cold Play, among others. Whether performance, opera, musical, museum installation, event, music video or feature film, she initiates and realizes a great number of projects : "I like to give life to all that’s in my brain". Never restricted to one style, she gets her inspiration from a broad spectrum of physical forms of expression (from flamenco to classical ballet and hip-hop). With Blanca Li, everything begins and ends in the energy of movement and dance.

Robot premiered at Montpellier Dance Festival in 2013 and performed in 100 theaters across the world, is her last company show, in collaboration with visual and musical artist Maywa Denki and with French high tech Aldebaran Robotics company. It stages 8 dancers, 7 humanoid NAO robots and a live automated orchestra.

Plasson, Fabien

Born in 1977, Fabien Plasson is a video director specialized in the field of performing arts (dance , music, etc).

During his studies at the Ecole Nationale des Beaux-Arts de Lyon (joined in 1995) Fabien discovered video art. He was trained by various video artists (Joel Bartoloméo Pascal Nottoli , Eric Duyckaerts , etc).
He first experimented with the creation of installations and cinematic objects.

Today, Fabien Plasson is the video director at La Maison de la Danse and in charge of the video section of Numeridanse.tv, an online international  video library, and continues his creative activities, making videos of concerts, performances and also creating video sets for live performances.
