Vibes #4 – Escape the sonic labyrinth
Duration : 40’
Choreography : Jesus de Vega
Music : Michelle Samba
Digital creation : Xavier Boissarie, Tomek Jarolim
Each participant is immersed in an invisible labyrinth of which they discover the rules. He interacts with sound objects that revolve around him, avoiding them or collecting them. Walk along walls and through invisible doors.
He progresses step by step through his postures and actions.
Then the play space expands to other participants who become partners or obstacles. Alternately stationary or on the move, the participants compose frames or waves. The actions are propagated step by step and draw flows animating this organic mass.
The collective vibration takes hold of the urban space, it spreads through the crowd, resonates through metal and concrete.
