Frequently asked questions

Which browser should I use for Numeridanse ?

You can modify the language on the site while browsing by clicking the FR or EN button in the top right of the screen.

How can I change the language used on the site ?

If you are using Firefox or an old version of a browser that doesn't have H264 video capability, updating your browser and the Adobe Flash Player plug-in should solve the problem.

The Flash Player plug-in is only required for Firefox browsers and older browsers that don't integrate H264 video capability.

To download the player : https://get.adobe.com/fr/flashplayer

If, despite updating Flash Player and your browser, you still have trouble playing the videos, your browser configuration may be interfering with the video playback: some plug-ins designed to block advertising content may be poorly-configured and may be preventing the site content from being displayed correctly. If you have such a plug-in, configure it to authorize the display of content from the Numeridanse.tv website.

It takes a long time to load the videos

The loading time for videos may vary depending on the quality of your Internet connection. You can modify the video quality at any time by clicking the 'HD' icon located on the video player.

I can't play the videos on my tablet

We have been having problems with playing videos on Android-based tablets, and we sincerely apologize. The problem should be solved soon.

I'd like to play the songs on my play list one after the other, and on a loop

All of the videos on a play list are automatically played in sequence. Once the last comes to an end, it goes back to the beginning and plays them over again.
